Scott Kelley

Scott Kelley is the owner/operator of Evolution DBG, Inc. Scott has been involved in the construction industry for 24 years and is committed to the company’s creative direction & sustainable, green construction practices. After attending the University of Utah, Scott moved to Durango, CO where he founded Earthway Enterprises Inc. Earthway Enterprises Inc. was then moved to Kansas City. There it became an award-winning company and a leader in Design/Build models with an emphasis in sustainable building. Scott sold Earthway Enterprises Inc. after 17 years and moved back to Park City to raise his family. Evolution Design Build Group is his new chapter. Scott and his 2 children, enjoy mountain biking, boating, hiking, camping, skiing, and traveling.

Dave Dopita

As Evolution’s Business Development/ Project Manager, Dave brings 20+ years of experience in Customer Service, Maintenance Management, and Project Management. It’s his easy going personality and consultative approach that brings our clients a positive, unique experience to their jobs. He is an excellent problem solver with a reputation for bottom-line orientation, high quality and on-time delivery in challenging situations. A member of the Park City Chamber of Commerce and the Park City Home Builders Association, he would enjoy saying hello to you if you happen to meet him around town. When Dave is not busy making your home look great, he is riding his dirt bike or at the lake with his daughter.


Jenny Bowen

Jenny is the Office Manager at Evolution DBG. Prior to working at EVO, she spent five years working in Construction Administration. Deadlines, hospitality, and people are her main focus. With her knowledge in the office and experience in the construction field, Jenny has been a great fit for Evolution.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her three children. On weekends, you can find her fishing or riding ATV’s. She also loves taking pictures, reading, and online scrap-booking.


TJ Lanning

As Evolution’s Field Manager, TJ brings years of experience to the team.   His greatest achievement in life so far has been the 12 years he spent on the US Alpine Ski Team. Many great results, traveled the world and learned a lot of hard lessons. He learned how to perceiver through tough times and problem solve. When he was too injured to continue his career as a competitor, he wanted to pay back all that he had learned. He spent 3 years as a coach and mentor to both his teammates and young up and comers. He learned logistics, how to be political and negotiate within the US and Europe. To lead and create an environment for his athletes to succeed. For the past 2 years he worked for Spyder Active who had supported him tremendously through his career. He managed the suit development that is worn by the US ski team and Olympic team. Managed race team, some corporate accounts, and all technical innovations with fabric, seem construction and sampling. He is ready for a new venture to apply all that he has experienced.


Michael Teranes

As Evolution DBG’s Production Manager, Michael Teranes is all about getting things done. Michael started with Evolution in 2016 to assist with field operations. It quickly became clear that Michael could handle multiple jobs simultaneously. Managing personalities, orders, deadlines and not missing a detail would be putting it lightly when examining his average day. Doing it with a smile and respect for others is what makes Michael shine. He has also been instrumental in developing our standard operations for job site rules, ethics, and safety.

When not juggling suppliers and sub contractors, you’ll find Michael working as a ski instructor for Park City Mountain Resort. The rest of his free time is spent either at the gun range shooting Skeet and Sporting Clays or at home restoring clocks and painting Christmas villages.

Jeremy Musser

Jeremy is Evolution’s Lead Carpenter. Jeremy lives the culture we strive for at Evolution. He takes time off every year, to assist others through his church to travel abroad and build homes for better quality of life. He also takes great pleasure in doing the job right.  In his free time, Jeremy enjoys knitting for anyone who will buy him yarn. Jeremy and his wife love to explore the outdoors all summer and skiing in during the winter. When Jeremy is not working at Evo, he is also a supervisor with Park City’s ski and snowboard school. We are happy to have Jeremy part of our team.
