Jenny is the Office Manager at Evolution DBG. Prior to working at EVO, she spent five years working in Construction Administration. Deadlines, hospitality, and people are her main focus. With her knowledge in the office and experience in the construction field, Jenny has been a great fit for Evolution.

As Evolution DBG’s Production Manager, Michael Teranes is all about getting things done. Michael started with Evolution in 2016 to assist with field operations. It quickly became clear that Michael could handle multiple jobs simultaneously. Doing it with a smile and respect for others is what makes Michael shine. He has also been instrumental in developing our standard operations for job site rules, ethics, and safety.
