Our role is to guide clients through that uncertainty and help them create a home that reflects who they are today.
At Evolution, we believe the best projects begin with collaboration from the start. Our goal at Evolution is to build long-term relationships with our clients, architects, designers, and Trade Partners while producing homes we are proud of. This philosophy has guided the company since the very beginning. When Scott Kelley first opened Evolution’s doors, the office had little more than a single chair. Working independently, he surrounded himself with trusted Trade Partners and suppliers who believed in the same mission: building homes through collaboration, honesty, and craftsmanship.
Not long after, longtime friend David Dopita joined the company. Together they focused on what mattered most—building relationships. They worked side by side to earn projects, support their Trade Partners, and bring their clients’ visions to life. What started as a small operation grew into a team united by the belief that great homes are built by great teams.
Today, that principle still guides every project Evolution Design Build Group takes on. By fostering strong communication and collaboration from the start, we create an environment where ideas thrive and expectations are exceeded.
